Since going into the Navy during Vietnam, I have acquired knowledge and expertise in a wide range of related fields. This includes approximately 11 years of residential and commercial investment in real estate, specializing in new construction, property development, multi-family, vacant land, and residential sales. In addition, I have served as operator, superintendent, and project manager of over $150 million dollars of heavy civil, vertical commercial and industrial construction spanning approximately 15 years. In the mid 90's and early 2,000s I spent 8 years supervising major government Environmental Restoration and remediation projects including 3 projects totaling more than $50 million. The remaining 7 years were spent in residential property development, residential construction, and light commercial.
